Terms and Conditions

Advertisers and jobseekers that use www.fashionfirst.com.au agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. www.fashionfirst.com.au is a jobsite specific to the Fashion Industry.
Only jobs specific to fashion will be retained on this site.
Incorrectly categorized advertisements will be removed from the site without refund.

2. www.fashionfirst.com.au acts only as a medium to connect advertiser with jobseeker, and does not accept any responsibility for employment of the jobseeker by the advertiser, or any adverse outcome
arising from the introduction of the jobseeker to the advertiser.

3. Whilst www.fashionfirst.com.au implements every possible procedure to ensure that the site remains contamination free, there can be no guarantee to the users of www.fashionfirst.com.au that downloaded files or electronically delivered mail to the jobsite, will be virus free.
Advertisers must take total responsibility for the protection of their own data delivered to this site.

4. www.fashionfirst.com.au charges for a 30 day listing (or part there of) on the site.
The advertiser is advised of charges, which are due on listing.
If advertisements are removed by the advertiser, prior to 30 days, then no refund will be issued.

5. To repost a position beyond 30 days, the position must be submitted as a new advertisement. The position will then appear as a new listing and will re enter at the top of the advertised jobs list.

6. Advertisers and jobseekers are only entitled to correspond with interested parties in relation to the advertisement placed by the advertiser and responded to by the jobseeker.
The advertiser is not entitled to send unsolicited mail via this site, to a jobseeker.
The jobseeker is not entitled to send unsolicited mail via this site, to an advertiser.

7. Advertisers must comply with the (Commonwealth) Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission act 1986 and all anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation which applies to the State or Territory in which the business is being conducted.

8. The advertiser agrees to comply with, and to conduct business on this jobsite in the proper manner in accordance with the (Commonwealth) Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Fair Trading Practices, applicable to the State or Territory in which business is being conducted.

9. Only advertisements containing appropriate language will be retained on this site.
Advertisements containing inappropriate language will be removed without refund.

10. www.fashionfirst.com.au uses a secure banking site and abrogates itself from any errors in banking transactions which may occur from business transacted on this site.

11. The advertiser and jobseeker agree that terms and conditions have been read and understood.
